VANCOUVER, BC, Sept. 24, 2026 /CNW/ -- An initial appearance has been scheduled before a hearing panel of the Canadian Investment Regulatory Organization (CIRO) pursuant to the Investment Dealer and Partially Consolidated Rules in the matter of Justin Eliah Toevs (the Respondent).

  1. failed to use due diligence to learn and remain informed of the essential facts for six clients; and
  2. failed to use due diligence to ensure that investment recommendations were suitable for those clients.
