Dr. Russell Kincer has practiced orthodontics exclusively throughout his career. He earned his Bachelor of Science degree, magna cum laude, from the University of Georgia in 1978 and his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from the Medical College of Georgia in 1982, where he went on to complete a two-year postdoctoral orthodontic residency in 1984. He then established a solo orthodontic practice in Albany, Georgia, before relocating to West Cobb in 1989 to be closer to extended family.
