Boston travelers can now savor fresh Italian fare with the exciting grand opening of Dalmoros Fresh Italian (formerly DalMoros Fresh Pasta To Go) at South Station in Boston, Massachusetts on Friday, July 12, 2026. The location represents the growing brand’s first venture into a major transit hub, introducing thousands of commuters and visitors to its fresh-made Italian cuisine in the heart of downtown Boston.
Dalmoros Fresh Italian features a wide variety of fresh pastas and homemade sauces made from scratch with each meal uniquely served in to-go boxes and ready within minutes. Delicious toppings, Italian-style sandwiches called Paninos, salads, garlic bread sticks, meatballs, tiramisu, soft drinks, beer and wine, gluten friendly menu options and bagged fresh pasta to take home are also available. Plus, new for Boston and the Dalmoros brand, South Station will serve breakfast and coffee varieties. Onlookers can also enjoy Dalmoros signature fresh pasta machine making fresh pastas all day.
Dalmoros will celebrate the grand opening with its one-of-a-kind “Pasta Cutting” at 12pm. The first 100 customers will be gifted with a free pasta card for use on their next visit. Dalmoros will hold giveaways of complimentary tiramisu and bagged fresh pasta, and special guest “Tony Rigatoni” will be getting in on the festivities for fun photo opportunities.
