Denver-based firm advances large-scale, mixed-use development in Thornton, Colorado
DENVER, CO – The True Life Companies, LLC (“TTLC”), the Denver-based real estate investment and development firm specializing in attainable for-sale housing (along with its subsidiaries, The True Life Companies Elite Fund I, LLC (“EFI”); and The True Life Companies Elite Fund III, LLC (“EFIII”), collectively the “Funds”), has announced the sale of the townhome phase of its Eastlake project in Thornton, Colorado, to Mill Creek Residential. The 167-unit townhome component is part of a larger 24.5-acre master-planned community designed to include multifamily residences, open space, and neighborhood-scale commercial development.

The community is planned to feature open spaces and integrated amenities designed to support walkable, connected living.
The sale of the townhome phase marks the completion of the first component in the project’s multi-phase development plan. The remaining multifamily portion of approximately 340 units continues to advance and is targeted for a future exit.
